Apprenticeships

At Fiander ETL, our apprenticeship programme is designed for school leavers or those starting a career in accountancy. You’ll earn while you learn, completing a Level 4 Accounting Technician apprenticeship while gaining practical experience across audit, accounts, tax, and advisory. The programme includes full support for AAT qualifications, mentoring, exam funding, and access to learning resources. It provides a strong foundation and clear progression into graduate-level roles or further professional qualifications such as ACCA or ICAEW, giving you the skills, confidence, and exposure to succeed from day one.

Graduate Schemes

Our graduate programme offers recent university graduates the chance to combine real client work with professional study. From your first day, you’ll work on meaningful projects across accounts, audit, tax, and advisory, while studying for ACCA or ICAEW qualifications with full support from mentors and colleagues. Structured development reviews and tailored learning paths ensure that you build practical skills, commercial awareness, and professional confidence, while providing a clear route to senior roles and leadership opportunities within the firm.

Management Development

The Manager Development Programme is designed for accountants and advisors moving into management roles. It focuses on developing leadership, team management, and client relationship skills. Participants gain experience leading teams and client engagements, supported by one-to-one mentoring from senior managers or directors. This structured support helps you develop strategic thinking, operational expertise, and confidence in managing both clients and colleagues, preparing you for more senior responsibilities.

Leadership Pathways

Our Leadership Pathways programme is aimed at experienced managers and directors ready to take on strategic and executive responsibilities. It provides structured training in business growth, team leadership, and strategic decision-making, alongside mentoring and coaching with senior leaders. Participants also gain exposure to cross-border projects through the ETL Global network, equipping them to contribute at a strategic level and shape the firm’s future, while continuing to grow as influential leaders within the organisation.
