Fiander ETL traces its roots back to 1977, when the firm was founded by Ray Fiander and Lee Tovell, forward-thinking accountants with a simple belief: people deserve clear, honest advice they can trust. Ray and Lee built the firm on strong relationships, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to doing right by clients — values that still define Fiander ETL today.
Their vision created a firm where independence, integrity, and genuine care for clients and colleagues aren’t just talking points — they’re embedded in how we work. While the business has grown significantly and joined the international ETL Global network, Ray and Lee's people-first mindset continues to shape our culture, our leadership, and the way we support the next generation of accounting professionals.
